Processing Time
All ZettaTrend items are made to order (print-on-demand). Please allow 2-7 business days for production before your order is shipped.
Shipping Times
- United States: 5-10 business days after production
- Europe: 6-12 business days after production
- Rest of the world: 10-20 business days after production
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are made to order specifically for you, we can only accept returns or offer replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at info@zettatrend.online within 30 days of delivery, including your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, before production begins. After that, cancellation may not be possible.
